- It is the race controllers aim, and role, to ensure the event is fun, friendly, competitive, and most of all, fair. If the race controller makes a request to pilots it would be for a good reason, such instructions must be followed. The race controller has the right to exclude any pilot from the event, without notice, or reason.
How will issues be dealt with on the night:
- There are at times issues that crop up on event nights which are beyond the Race Manager control. To keep the timetable as close as possible the following rules are in place:
- When pilots are invited from the pits into the track, and not all pilots show in the race standings, we will ask all pilots to return to the pits just once. We would then again invite pilots to take part. It is unlikely the issue is with the Race System, and more likely with the connection between the pilot and the server. For this reason, should a pilot have an issue twice, the race will continue without them. There is no discretion by the Race Manager, Event Manager to change this rule. It would be with regret that you would be excluded from that race.
- Should the system start pilots at different times, the race would be aborted, pilots asked to leave the track back into the pits, and would be invited back.
- The race may be aborted at any time, and is down to the Race Controllers discretion.
